What is a deductible? 
A deductible is the amount you pay each calendar year before your CGI benefits begin, excluding any copays.

What is a copay? 
A copay is the amount that you pay for a specific procedure, office visit, medical service or any other covered item. Copays are in addition to the deductible and coinsurance amounts.

What is coinsurance?
Coinsurance is the percentage of covered healthcare costs you pay after your annual deductible is met. Your coinsurance is the difference between 100% and your insured percentage as stated in your certificate booklet/policy.
